Radiant Logistics is executing a strategy  to build a global transportation and supply chain management company through the strategic acquisition of regional best-of-breed non-asset based transportation and logistics providers to offer its customers domestic and international freight forwarding and an expanding array of value added supply chain management services, including order fulfillment, inventory management and warehousing.

 

We accomplished the first step in our new business strategy by completing the acquisition of Airgroup effective as of January 1, 2006. Airgroup is a Seattle-Washington based non-asset based logistics company providing domestic and international freight forwarding services through a network of exclusive agent offices across North America.  Airgroup has a diversified account base including manufacturers, distributors and retailers using a network of independent carriers and international agents positioned strategically around the world.

We expect to grow our business organically and by completing a number of acquisitions of other companies with complementary geographical and logistics service offerings. that are likely to benefit from our from the Company's anticipated access to sources of financing and long-term growth strategy.  These acquisitions are generally expected to have earnings of $1.0 to $5.0 million. Companies in this range of earnings may be receptive to our acquisition program since they are often too small to be identified as acquisition targets of larger public companies or to independently attempt their own public offerings.
